Dr. Gabriella Vukovich, former President of the Hungarian Central Statistical Office (KSH), will continue her professional work as Director of Economic Research at the Nézőpont Institute. At the same time, the Institute will expand its public opinion research and political analysis activities with economic research. “We are convinced that reliable, high-quality, data-driven decision-making is also needed in the field of economy, which is why we have decided to broaden the focus of Nézőpont,” Sámuel Ágoston Mráz, CEO of Nézőpont Institute, said. Political scientist Levente Bánk Boros will remain the Political Analysis Director and Deputy Head of the Institute.
The Nézőpont Institute’s Economic Research Working Group plans to address several topics through statistical and research data. It will soon publish its Consumer Barometer survey, but it will also analyse the achievements and challenges of economic whitening, public finance management and the functioning of the national capital.
Dr Gabriella Vukovich, statistician-demographer and former President of the Hungarian Central Statistical Office (KSH; 2010-2023), not only renewed the entire Office, but also successfully conducted two censuses.
