Party affiliations have not significantly changed since January – reveals the most recent public opinion poll by Nézőpont Intézet, which was prepared on behalf of Heti Válasz.
According to our latest representative public opinion poll that was conducted by asking 1000 people between February 21-24, 2015, Fidesz-KDNP continued to have a 26-percent support base within the total population. By the same measure, Jobbik maintained a 17-percent level of support, while MSZP had 9, DK 6, LMP 4, and PM a 2-percent support level. In this poll conducted in February, Együtt did not have a support base that could be measured. Compared to January scores, none of the parties have gained or lost more than 2 percent of their support level within the total population.
Among potential voters certain to cast their vote, Fidesz-KDNP has a 42-percent support base, while Jobbik has 28, the MSZP 13, DK 8, LMP 5 and PM 3 percent.
Methodology
The public opinion poll was conducted by telephone between February 21-24, 2015 with a sample of 1000 participants. This is a representative sample of the population age 18 years and older, classified by gender, age, region, residential settlement type and schooling completed. In case of a 1000 people sample such as this, the maximum margin of error is 3.2 percent.
