With the approach of the EP elections, the governing Fidesz-KDNP is becoming more and more popular among voters (57 per cent), while opposition parties Jobbik (11 per cent) and MSZP (10 per cent) lost supporters between March and April, although this change was within the margin error. The support of the governing parties is stable, so the opposition parties may have to fight fiercely for the voters at the end of the campaign – as the 5000-person opinion poll conducted by Nézőpont Institute for the newspaper Magyar Nemzet shows.
